CICT Fellows Course

July 25 – 27, 2024 | Pasadena, CA

About the course

For the first time, CICT congress will run in conjunction with a fellows workshop. The program is aimed at 3rd year cardiology fellows who are interested in interventional cardiology.

Course description
This workshop will feature hands-on case-based, clinical, technical and conceptual learning of contemporary basic and advanced interventional cardiology practice. The novel course structure is designed to foster intimate interactions between small group of fellows (7-8), and expert faculty. Also, there will be dedicated time for interactions with industry representatives around cardiac devices functionality and simulation.

Course structure
70-80* fellows will be divided into small groups which will rotate among 9 topic-specific “Stations“ for 1 hour and engage in the structured “WHW“ discussion format:

  • Case presentations & discussion
    • Why did you choose this device / technique?
    • How did you use the product?
    • Why not a different device / technique?
  • Hands-on product education – simulation – industry interaction
