Sponsorship opportunities are available for companies to increase their visibility at CICT 2025. Create awareness about a new (or newly approved) product, promote a satellite program, or simply remind attendees that your company has a presence at CICT 2025 by sponsoring a promotional opportunity. All promotional opportunities are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is my booth furnished?

Yes, included with your booth 1 – 6′ draped table, 2 chairs, waste basket and ID sign. Exhibit hall is carpeted.

Please use the registration portal to access your account, where you can add the names of your booth staff. The deadline to request badges is July 25, 2023. Badges can only be requested onsite after that date.

Yes, there is wifi in the exhibit hall.

Exhibitors can attend regular sessions with their exhibitor badge but they will not be able to receive credits for these sessions. To receive credits, they should register as an attendee using the “industry professional” registration type.
